R2-KT 14 made an appearance and stole the show this weekend at Penn States Thon last night. Much to the joy of her biggest fans.
Penn State’s Thon is internationally recognized as the preeminent student-led philanthropic initiative. Each year, it successfully secures millions of dollars in support of the Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital in Hershey, aimed at combating pediatric cancer. Last year alone, nearly $17 million was raised, directly benefiting cancer research endeavors and alleviating the medical expenses for families with children diagnosed with pediatric cancer.
The Final Number for Thon is in with $17,737,040.93 raised “FOR THE KIDS”! Well done, Tim, Jenna and Aida and KT-14!
